How do I arrange a proctor?
Candidates are responsible for nominating a proctor and providing the proctor’s contact information when registering for an exam. Once approved, the proctor will receive exam instructions from IDMA prior to the scheduled testing date.

Any individual nominated to administer an IDMA certification examination must be acting in an official capacity at their place of business and hold an administrative, educational, human resources, training, management, supervisory, or similar role whose responsibilities within the organization are at the same or a higher level than the candidate's. The individual must be authorized by their organization to oversee the examination and must not have a conflict of interest that could compromise the integrity of the exam.
