IDMA Requirements for the Certified Insurance Data Manager (CIDM) Designation

To earn the CIDM, candidates must first earn their AIDM designation, then expand their knowledge by completing a qualifying credential from a leading industry organization. To be confirmed for the CIDM designation, please verify your completion of the AIDM and one of the curricula options listed below:

CIDM Requirements Option 1-1

Option 1: AIDM + four CPCU courses from The Institutes

Note: The Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designation fulfills the elective requirement.
