Examination Dates, Times, and Fees

Important Note: Students MUST coordinate with their proctor their selected preferred date and start time of their examination before submitting their registration form.

Examination Date Schedule

Examinations are offered Monday through Friday of the following exam windows.

Note: An additional late charge of $50 will added for exam registrations received during the two weeks prior to the start of the examination window.

Examination Time Schedule

Students have the option to choose the start time of the examination as long as there is a proctor available in the room. Exams are three hours long. Students are allowed to take more than one exam during an exam window if they elect to do so.

Examination Fees & Policy

Purchase of the study guide for the present IDMA course does not automatically register you as a candidate for the examination. Matriculation form and exam registrations are enclosed behind the front cover of the study guide for your use. You can also click HERE for a matriculation form and HERE for an examination registration form. The exam registration must be received by the deadline stated on the form, along with the fees as stated on the form. 

LATE FEES: Email, Mail or Fax your forms early.  An additional late charge of $50 will added for exam registrations received during the two weeks prior to the start of the examination window. 

REFUND & RESCHEDULING POLICY (Please read through very carefully)
Examination fees are non refundable or transferable. You can reschedule your exam date only ONCE before losing your registration fee, provided you send a written request (along with a new registration form), via email, to the IDMA office NO LESS than 48 hours prior to the start of your examination window date.
